Before I met Victoria I was at first sceptical of the benefits of hypnotherapy. I had recently been through a rough divorce and was suffering huge stress and anxiety at work as a firefighter in a busy metropolitan city. Victoria explained to me in really simple terms what was going on in my mind and how it was supporting my depression and anxiety rather than solving it. After the first few sessions I already started to feel the difference in my mindset and found my levels of positivity and confidence increasing. I firmly believe that this was due in no small part to Victoria's support through her profession and training. Victoria is a amazing woman. She has helped me so much with my PTSD. She helped me face my fears of driving on fast roads after a serious car crash I had years ago. Not only did she help build up my courage, she also educated me about the brain and why I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. Today I actually drove one junction on a duel carriage way. To me this was huge as I haven't done that for many years.
